Connect-IT provides IT consulting, support, hosting, and related technology services for small businesses. The specific scope and terms of individual service engagements will be defined in separate service agreements.

SMS Alert Service

Connect-IT offers an SMS alert notification service for critical system alerts. By opting in to this service, you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on system activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS alerts will be sent. You may opt back in by replying START or by re-subscribing on our website.

For help with SMS alerts, reply HELP to any message or contact support@connect-it.biz. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from Connect-IT.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Connect-IT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Connect-IT provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect-IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
